I got these for my mom a year ago. She can't wear even the fanciest silver because it irritates her ears, but the titanium posts on these are perfect and she loves how lightweight the wood is! She told me she forgot to take them off in the shower once and they survived. I went back to Rhody Craft in Providence to get her another pair from the same artist this Christmas and ended up on their website to find out if the hooks are also titanium. They aren't, so I chose another design of the titanium post earrings and figured I'd leave a review while I was here. Thanks for making me a good gift-finder!
