Compensation:
$20/hr, with 5% commission rate on all net sales

About the job!
You'll be staffing our little booth at the SoWa Winter Festival,
an indoor craft fair with over 100 local vendors.
It's basically like working in a tiny store. You'll be doing things like:

It's basically like working in a tiny store. You'll be doing things like:
- Greeting and engaging visitors.
- Restocking inventory on the displays and keeping the booth looking good.
- Processing sales through the square app. (We provide training for this.)
No heavy lifting required. There may be times when you're on your feet for several hours.
(There will be a tall stool to sit on and a padded mat to stand on.)
Dates and hours:
November 29 - December 22, 2024
Mondays: 4pm - 8pm (4 hours)
Tuesdays: 4pm - 8pm (4 hours)
Wednesdays: 4pm - 8pm (4 hours)
Thursdays: 4pm - 8pm (4 hours)
Fridays: 4pm - 9pm (5 hours)
Saturdays: 10am - 9pm (11 hours)
Sundays: 10am - 7pm (9 hours)

The one exception to this schedule is Friday Nov. 29: 10am - 8pm (10 hours)
We're hoping to find two people (or one person who really wants to work!) to divide up the available shifts.
Because of the nature of the show, short ~5 minute breaks for bathroom, coffee, etc. are of course totally fine and encouraged, but longer breaks for meals aren't possible.

You're over 18.
You're outgoing and friendly.
You have some sales or customer service experience.
You like handmade and like our products!
