Shipping & Returns


+ When will I get my order?

Most products leave our Scituate, MA studio in 1-2 business days. Personalized items are made to order, and will ship in 2-4 business days. Please remember this doesn’t include shipping time, which will vary by destination and the shipping method you choose at check out. Need something immediately? Contact us before placing an order and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline. 

+ How much does shipping cost?

Domestic orders ship for free via USPS First-Class Mail and typically arrive in 2-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, choose Priority Mail at checkout. The cost will be calculated by weight and your items will arrive in 1-3 business days, based on destination. 

+ Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! Please be aware of some specifics though: Orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International do not come with tracking once the package leaves the United States. Transit times can vary from a few days to a few weeks. Insurance claims for USPS International shipments can be difficult or impossible to collect on. We recommend selecting UPS or FedEx as your shipping service, as they provide tracking for international packages, generally have faster shipping times, and have more reliable insurance claim processes.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges or fees that may be incurred by shipping to an international destination.


+ How can I return or exchange something?

We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right for you, we'll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price. The item must be returned in its original condition within 10 days of delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the returned product. Please email us at to initiate an exchange or return. Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please consider insuring your return for the price of the item – we are not responsible for lost packages.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know right away and provide photographs of the item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
