All Treeline & Tide jewelry is thoughtfully packaged in a glassine envelope sealed with my signature botanical washi tape. 

For all orders, I include a gift receipt only, which doesn’t show pricing, so orders can be sent directly to the recipient. 

Jewelry and original artwork ship from my studio in Maine, USA. Archival reproduction prints are made to order by my fine art printing partner and ship directly from a printing studio selected according to the print ordered and its destination. 

If your order includes both studio-made pieces and reproduction prints, they will arrive in separate packages.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a shipping notification for each shipment. Tracking information will be included when available for your selected shipping service.

International Orders: Prints

My fine art printing partner has locations in Canada, Australia, and the UK. Where available, prints are produced and shipped within the destination country, helping reduce shipping costs and avoid import charges.

Framed prints are currently available for delivery within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service, and customs processing may cause additional delays.

Unfortunately, due to the recent complexities of packaging requirements, I am not currently shipping to EU countries.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped across international borders may incur import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees. Any import charges payable on delivery are the customer’s responsibility and are separate from the shipping charge paid at checkout.

How to return something
Email hello@treelineandtide.com to start a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Your item must be in the same condition you received it.
  
• Please re-package the item exactly as it arrived to minimize damage in transit.
  
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs — I recommend insuring your return, as I'm not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  

Returned items are reviewed on receipt and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days once the item passes inspection. 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let me know within 7 days of delivery. Email me at hello@treelineandtide.com with photos and I'll make it right.

Yes, I do offer repairs on my jewelry. Please send an email to hello@treelineandtide.com along with a picture of the item you are looking to have repaired and your order number, so I can advise further. Depending on when your piece was purchased, and the type of damage, there may be a charge for this service.
 
Please note that it may not be possible to repair your jewelry. 

Treeline & Tide products are handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. I source my materials from USA based suppliers to help support other small businesses and reduce my ecological footprint.

Wood is sourced from sustainably managed forests. 

Jewelry

Earrings have sterling silver ear wires. Stud earrings have titanium posts. These materials can generally be worn by anyone with metal sensitivity.

Cuff bracelets have a nickel-free aluminum base, which makes them very lightweight and easily adjustable for a custom fit.

Art Prints

Artworks are printed on 300 gsm archival fine art paper using archival-grade pigments. The materials and process ensure long-term, archival stability.

Jewelry: 

All wood pieces are finished with a protective clear sealer, meaning that your jewelry will be fine if you're caught in the rain. However, repeated or prolonged exposure to water will damage the finish, and the wood, so remove jewelry before showering or swimming. Consider keeping your silver jewelry in a small sealed plastic bag to avoid tarnishing.

Store in a dry place out of direct sunlight. 

Art Prints:

Handle your print by the edges with clean, dry hands and avoid contact with the printed surface before framing. Display behind glass or acrylic, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

I am not currently accepting custom orders, but that may change in the future.

The cuffs are designed to be adjusted. Use steady pressure until it stays in the shape or size you want. If it keeps springing back into place, just use a bit more pressure.
