Refund policy

I hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right for you, I'll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price. The item must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery date to be eligible for a refund.

Exceptions:

• For hygiene reasons, earrings and hoops cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• Special collection / limited release pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to my review of the returned product. Please email me at hello@treelineandtide.com to initiate an exchange or return.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please consider insuring your return for the price of the item – I am not responsible for lost packages. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let me know right away and provide photographs of the item so I can make it right as quickly as possible.
