Domestic orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail and typically arrive in 2-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, choose Priority Mail at checkout and the cost will be calculated by weight and destination.

We want you to love your handmade wooden ornaments! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

1. Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Ornaments must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your ornament arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund upon review.
3. How to Start a Return: Email us at hello@treelineandtide.com with your order number and details about your return request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
