I hope you love your purchase — but if something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns 

Within 30 days of delivery, I accept returns on:

• open edition rolled or flat prints
• unopened washi tape

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the small batch nature of my work, I cannot accept returns for the following unless faulty:

• Limited edition and one-of-a-kind jewelry
• Earrings
• Original artwork
• Limited edition prints
• Framed prints

Return Process

How to return something
Email hello@treelineandtide.com to start a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Your item must be in the same condition you received it.
  
• Please re-package the item exactly as it arrived to minimize damage in transit.
  
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs — I recommend insuring your return, as I'm not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  

Returned items are reviewed on receipt and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days once the item passes inspection. 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let me know right away. Email me at hello@treelineandtide.com with photos and I'll make it right.
