Shipping & Delivery

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. Please note that in some cases, you will receive orders in multiple packages.

For orders over $75 USD, complimentary shipping via USPS First-Class Mail within the United States is included. For orders under this value, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Timeframes

Jewelry leaves my Freeport, Maine studio in 1-2 business days.

For made-to-order paper prints, I sometimes work with a fine art printer who creates each piece on my behalf and ship it directly to you. Prints may take 5-7 business days to ship. 

These timelines do not include transit times with the shipping carrier, which can vary by destination and shipping method. 

International Orders

I ship internationally to select locations: Canada, Australia, and the UK.(Unfortunately, due to the recent complexities of packaging requirements, I am not currently shipping to EU countries.)

Orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International do not come with tracking once the package leaves the United States. Transit times can vary from a few days to a few weeks. Insurance claims for USPS International shipments can be difficult or impossible to collect on.

I recommend selecting DHL, UPS, or FedEx as your shipping service, as they provide tracking for international packages, generally have faster shipping times, and have more reliable insurance claim processes.

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs charges or fees that may be incurred by shipping to a location outside the United States. Treeline & Tide does not control these fees and they are the responsibility of the customer. If you have further questions about them, please contact your local postal service.
